These brushes are used to clean internally enhanced tubes. The drill tip of brushes cleans through hard scale before the brush cleaning action takes over. The large diameter of this brush cleans into the grooves of the tubes and the small diameter into the lands of the tube's rifling.

Cone Cutter Assemblies are used for removing scale from curved and straight tubes. Assemblies are slightly smaller then tube I.D. Scale is cut at the smaller tapered end finished at the larger end. The rotation of the tool ensures a through cleaning. In water tube boiler, cone cutters are the most effective cleaning tools for all conditions. To order refer to the tables below.
