'CT' Series Tool Head Cutter
'CT' Series Tool Head Cutter
'CT' Series Tool Head Cutter is most popular Sugar Mill Tool Head use for hard scale removal in juice heater, evaporator, pan, boiler of Sugar Mills or Ice factory. CT tool head is also known as HZ tool head cutter or TE tool heads.
Purpose : For rapid removal of hard scale.
Description : 'CT' series 15 roller tool head cutter has either 12 straight & 3 bevel rollers or 4 straight, 4 left, 4 right, 3 bevel (round nose) cutters in its assembly. All these spare cutters are assembled with the help of arm. Every CT series cutter has 3 arms which is guided at one end with Cap of cutter & other end of arm is supported by special spring for ease of movement.
There are two type of tool head cutters i.e., Open Body & Close Body.
Open body tool head cutter is suitable for wide range of tube size from 31.5mm to 50.8mm whereas Close Body tool head cutter is suitable for size range from 27mm to 31.5 mm.
